Tuning in and Tuning Up
As we move through our daily lives, we are inundated by the many influences around and within us, often finding little opportunity to be with ourselves or even know who we are.
Through your collaborative work with Inner Rhythms, Helena will help you to create a place where you can heal and bring balance, dropping into a deep inner stillness, connecting to your authentic Self from whence a new direction can be born in your life.
Various methods are used including Yoga, Bach Flower Essences, Family and Identity Constellations, Meditation, Process Work and the healing touch of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Coming Home to You
During your initial consultation, your personal situation and goals will be discussed. From there you will be guided to the appropriate healing methods for you; sometimes one modality, and often a combination of modalities to best suit your needs.
Consultations can be done in person, by phone, or via Skype or Zoom. Please contact Helena to schedule your personal consultation today!
Helena began her journey of healing and teaching in London, England, by learning yoga at a small store and wellness centre called Gandalf's Garden in the late 1960's. It was there that she also discovered and studied various spiritual disciplines.
She spent a year in Quebec, Canada, training as a yoga instructor with Swami Vishnudevanada of Sivananda Yoga, and then returned to London to assist in opening the first Sivananda Yoga Centre in Britain.
When she moved to the US in the late 1970s she continued her study and teaching of yoga, and discovered the profound healing effects of Bach Flower Essences and Family (Systemic) Constellation Work. Most recently she trained in the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
"I realize the importance of Self Care and am especially excited about using Yoga, Bach Flower Essences and the self help holds of Jin Shin Jyutsu's healing touch. With these tools we can move into greater health and well-being."
"One of the greatest joys in life is when I get to spend time with my two grandchildren, who live in England, so whenever I get a chance I talk on Skype and go to visit them. Here's a photo of my granddaughter doing her version of a Jin Shin Jyutsu hold on her brother to stop his hiccups!"
