We will use the experience of Family and Identity constellations to clear what may be hindering us from moving forward. We will discuss, journal, meditate, use Self Care techniques from Jin Shin Jyutsu, and finish the day with a Sound Healing bath. There will be Talk and Silence. Movement and Stillness.
For me this year has been a mixed bag - continuing Jin Shin Jyutsu studies, attending my daughter’s wedding in England, grieving the loss of friends and family, and, most recently, connecting with the work of Identity (Trauma) constellations. This new work focuses of the identity of the individual and how that identity can be split after a trauma. It provides ways to reintegrate to the whole Self from where it was formerly split, and offers great potential for healing trauma on a very deep level.
As animals turn toward hibernation during this season, so can we turn our awareness inward to bring clarity to our thoughts and connect with ourselves more deeply. Please join me as we take a journey inward to meet ourselves...

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Care Class
Come learn this ancient art of releasing tension from the body. Participants will learn how to safely and effectively employ self help ‘holds’ to re-harmonize the whole Self, with a special focus on holds that help relieve physical stress such as headaches and digestive issues. Thousands of people worldwide have noticed powerful, lasting and precious shifts from Identity Constellations. Many find this to be the most powerful and direct way of removing the blocks that prevent us from getting what we want in life. This work combines the methodology of traditional family constellations with a modern understanding of how trauma is created and healed. Putting them together allows us to heal deep wounds in the psyche, with profound and liberating results.

Spaces for setting up one’s personal constellations are limited, but there is more space for representatives. Representatives do not specifically work on their own issues, but participate and serve in the constellations of others, learn from this extraordinary work, and also typically experience significant benefits.
Facilitator Jamie Kirdain, MFT has studied and offered constellations in Europe and across the US and has trained personally with master teachers including Bert Hellinger and Franz Ruppert, the creators of this work. Beyond constellations, she is schooled in diverse healing traditions and modalities, with a long history of learning directly from prominent masters such as Marshall Rosenberg, Thich Nhat Hanh, BKS Iyengar and William Emerson.
